Hi, I am Rosalind!

I am the founder of Unlocking Destiny and I help schools retain and attract Black teachers! Like the students you serve, the leader you are, or the school organization you have created, I represent a story, which highlights the need for more equitable and just educational spaces for Black students, leaders, or service providers. As a Black woman, I learned early what the necessary conditions were for me to thrive and I am on a mission to provide these qualities in all school organizations, so children and leaders of color can thrive, too. After all, they deserve it!
